서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션을 사용하여 13세 미만 아동에게 고의로 데이터를 요청하거나 마케팅을 하지 않습니다. 애플리케이션은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공자는 13세 미만 아동으로부터 개인 식별 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 13세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 발견할 경우 서비스 제공자는 이를 서버에서 즉시 삭제합니다. 귀하가 부모 또는 보호자로서 자녀가 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 인지하신 경우 서비스 제공자(helptools.studio@gmail.com)에게 연락하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 해주시기 바랍니다.

서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션이 가능한 한 유익하고 효율적이도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 따라서 서비스 제공자는 언제든지 어떤 이유로든 애플리케이션을 수정하거나 서비스에 대해 비용을 부과할 권리를 보유합니다. 서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션이나 관련 서비스에 비용이 발생하는 경우 귀하에게 명확하게 안내할 것임을 보증합니다.
귀하의 휴대전화 보안 및 애플리케이션에 대한 접근 권한을 안전하게 유지하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 서비스 제공자는 귀하의 기기 공식 운영 체제에서 설정한 소프트웨어 제한 및 제약을 제거하는 행위인 탈옥(jailbreaking) 또는 루팅(rooting)을 하지 말 것을 강력히 권고합니다. 이러한 행위는 귀하의 휴대전화를 악성코드, 바이러스, 유해 프로그램에 노출시키고 보안 기능을 손상시킬 수 있으며, 애플리케이션이 정상적으로 작동하지 않거나 전혀 작동하지 않는 결과를 초래할 수 있습니다.

Wi-Fi가 없는 지역에서 애플리케이션을 사용하는 경우 모바일 네트워크 제공업체와의 계약 약관이 여전히 적용됩니다. 결과적으로 애플리케이션 접속 중 사용한 데이터에 대해 모바일 제공업체로부터 데이터 비용이나 기타 제3자 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다. 애플리케이션을 사용함으로써 귀하는 데이터 로밍을 비활성화하지 않고 귀하의 본국(지역 또는 국가) 이외의 지역에서 사용할 때 발생하는 로밍 데이터 요금을 포함하여 모든 관련 비용에 대한 책임을 수락하게 됩니다. 귀하가 기기의 요금 납부자가 아닌 경우, 당사는 귀하가 요금 납부자로부터 사용 허가를 받은 것으로 간주합니다.
마찬가지로 서비스 제공자가 귀하의 애플리케이션 사용 방식에 대해 항상 책임을 질 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어 기기를 충전된 상태로 유지하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 기기의 배터리가 방전되어 서비스에 접속할 수 없는 경우 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
애플리케이션 사용에 대한 서비스 제공자의 책임과 관련하여, 당사는 앱이 항상 업데이트되고 정확하도록 노력하고 있으나, 귀하에게 정보를 제공하기 위해 제3자로부터 정보를 전달받기도 합니다. 서비스 제공자는 귀하가 애플리케이션의 이러한 기능에 전적으로 의존한 결과로 발생하는 직접적 또는 간접적인 손실에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 향후 애플리케이션을 업데이트하고자 할 수 있습니다. 애플리케이션은 현재 운영 체제의 요구 사항에 따라 제공되지만(그리고 서비스를 확장하기로 결정한 추가 시스템의 경우에도), 애플리케이션을 계속 사용하려면 업데이트를 다운로드해야 할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자가 귀하의 기기에 설치된 운영 체제 버전과 호환되도록 항상 애플리케이션을 업데이트할 것이라고 보증하지는 않습니다. 하지만 귀하는 제공되는 업데이트를 항상 수락할 것에 동의합니다. 서비스 제공자는 귀하에게 해지 통지를 제공하지 않고 언제든지 애플리케이션 제공을 중단하거나 사용을 종료할 수 있습니다. 별도의 통지가 없는 한, 종료 시 (a) 본 약관에서 귀하에게 부여된 권리와 라이선스는 종료되며, (b) 귀하는 애플리케이션 사용을 중단하고 필요한 경우 기기에서 삭제해야 합니다.

This privacy policy is applicable to the Sensor Counter app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by HelpTools Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application does not require any form of registration or account creation. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or share any personal identifiable information (such as your name, address, or phone number) during your use of the Application. However, when you voluntarily contact the Service Provider for support or inquiries (via email at helptools.studio@gmail.com), the Service Provider may receive your email address and any other information you choose to provide. This information is used solely to respond to your specific inquiries and improve the Service. The Service Provider does not use this information for marketing promotions without your explicit consent.
The Application may collect certain information automatically to provide a better user experience and display relevant advertisements. This information includes, but is not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. These data points are often collected through third-party advertising services as mentioned below.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider does not personally collect or store any User Provided data. All data collection is handled by third-party services (such as Google AdMob), and their retention policies apply. Automatically Collected information (such as device identifiers) is used for advertising and fraud prevention purposes and is managed by the respective third-party service providers. Since the Application does not store your personal data on its own servers, there is no personal data for the Service Provider to delete. However, users can manage or limit data collection by resetting their Advertising ID or adjusting the location settings on their mobile device.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13\. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (helptools.studio@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve their Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-03-06
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the counting data provided by the Application. The Application relies on device sensors and software logic which may be subject to errors, delays, or interruptions. You acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from inaccuracies in the count, technical malfunctions, or your reliance on the data provided by the Application.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
